Welke gegevens / Data we process
We verwerken het myshopify.com-domein, de door de merchant ingestelde bezorgregels, abonnementsstatus, versleutelde Shopify-sessietokens en vrijwillig verstrekte supportinformatie. We slaan geen shopper-, klant-, order-, product- of trackinggegevens op.
We process the myshopify.com domain, merchant-configured delivery rules, subscription status, encrypted Shopify session tokens, and voluntarily supplied support information. We do not store shopper, customer, order, product, or tracking data.
Doel en bewaartermijn / Purpose and retention
Deze gegevens zijn nodig om de app te authenticeren, configuratie te publiceren en abonnementstoegang te bewaken. Tenantgegevens worden verwijderd na uninstall en bij een geldig shop-redact verzoek; noodzakelijke beveiligings- en wettelijke administratie kan langer worden bewaard waar de wet dat vereist.
The data is used to authenticate the app, publish configuration, and enforce subscription access. Tenant data is deleted after uninstall and on a valid shop-redact request; necessary security and legal records may be retained where law requires.
Delen en rechten / Sharing and rights
Shopify verwerkt platform- en authenticatiegegevens. OVHcloud host de applicatie en PostgreSQL-opslag in Londen (Verenigd Koninkrijk). Versleutelde back-ups staan bij Backblaze B2 in de EU. Tijdens de verhuizing bewaart Render tijdelijk de oude applicatie- en databasekopie in Frankfurt voor herstel. Better Stack verwerkt uitsluitend uptime-, worker- en back-upheartbeats. Gegevens worden alleen gedeeld waar dat nodig is voor de dienst of wettelijk vereist. Stuur inzage-, correctie- of verwijderingsvragen naar het supportadres op de supportpagina.
Shopify processes platform and authentication data. OVHcloud hosts the application and PostgreSQL storage in London (United Kingdom). Encrypted backups are stored with Backblaze B2 in the EU. During the migration, Render temporarily keeps the former application and database copy in Frankfurt for recovery. Better Stack processes uptime, worker, and backup heartbeats only. Data is shared only where needed to provide the service or where legally required. Send access, correction, or deletion requests to the address on the support page.
